This Saturday, July30th is our72nd Annual Guam Liberation celebration.  We will be adding more information this week as we get closer to the event, but just wanted to touch base and give a few reminders.

Vendors – Application deadline is Monday, July 24^th @ 4pm.  We need payment by Wednesday, July 27^th.  We sent out vendor apps to everyone who requested, if you requested one and did not receive it, please contact us asap.  We will send out more information by Thursday regarding check-in/setup info.  We are also asking for a donation to our raffle. 

Potluck Style – This is a free event, however it is potluck style and we ask that you participate by bringing a dish, drinks, or water to share.  Thank you to everyone who has signed up to bring something.  We appreciate anything that is brought.  All dishes must be brought ready to serve.  There will be no grilling or cooking done in the kitchen.  It is easier if you bring a disposable container, otherwise please make sure that the container is clearly labeled with your name and please remember to pick it up before you leave. 

Volunteers – Volunteers will be needed throughout the day and you can sign up as you arrive.  We are encouraging our teenagers and younger adults to get involved!!  Just come to the volunteer table and find out where you are needed.  You can earn volunteer hours!

Alcohol & Pets – Alcohol is allowed on premises and so are pets.

NO GLASS BOTTLES please!  If you know your pet requires a leash for the safety of your pet or others, please keep your pets on a leash.  Please clean up after your pet.  Thank you for drinking responsibly & being a responsible pet owner!
