To all whom are interested in participating in the 71st Guam Liberation Parade, you must complete a Registration and Liability Waiver Form. The payment MUST be submitted to the Dededo Mayor’s Office and the deadline is Monday, July 6th, 2015.

71st Guam Liberation Parade Registration

The forms are available on the Mayors’ Council of Guam website at http://mcog.guam.gov. Click on image in yellow box in the right hand column to download form.

The 71st Liberation Parade will take place on Tuesday, July 21st, 2015 beginning at 9AM starting from Paseo De Susanna(Chief Quipuha Statue) and ending at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governors Complex (Adelup).

The Parade Rules and Regulations will be released at a later date.
