Here is the update with San Antonio Guam Liberation! 7.9.15
· Event is potluck style so if you are bringing dishes or anything for that matter please bring no later than 10:00am.
o Please understand that we are not held responsible for any containers, if you bring them in valuable ones please make sure you mark your names on them and pick them up before you leave.
o Disposable containers are best and makes it easier for clean-up.
o Menu is to follow…
**IF YOU VOLUNTEERED TO HELP WITH FOOD TABLE THERE WILL BE 30 MINUTE SHIFTS**
· Everyone is welcome to set up their own pop-up canopies and chairs.
o Some will be provided but limited and on first come first serve basis.
· There will be NO BBQing at the park all will be done that morning at Uncle Joe Atalig’s home.

o If it needs to be marinated it needs to be dropped off by July 24th.
o All margination will be done that evening.
o Bonna can also meet with whomever and pick up/or drop off meats as well you can call cell at 210-776-3305.
o If you are donating meats the day of Liberation please make sure they are cooked already.
· Please make sure you check in with Jasmine Atalig or Bonna Uncangco if you are competing in the float contest & Latte Stone decorating contest!!
o There will be raffles as well, make sure to purchase your tickets!! They will be sold day of the event.
o Still accepting items for donation for the raffle sales also!!
· Venders must check in with Bonna or Jasmine as well, especially if you haven’t paid your fees and filled out the application.
o First come first serve basis for your set up.
o You bring your own equipment. (EX: Canopies, chairs, tables, etc..)
o Needs to be spread out not close to each other for safety purposes.
· REMINDERS:
*No GLASS bottles allowed on park grounds.
*Stay hydrated at all times.
*Make sure your children or grandchildren are practicing the Chamorro Hymn!!
*Most of all have fun and celebrate our CULTURE! BIBA GUAM
